DMX was released from prison recently after serving 90 days. He is now scheduled to go to rehab to serve the remainder of his sentencing.
He was originally imprisoned for animal cruelty, possession of narcotic drugs, marijuana, and theft when police searched his home and found that his dogs were used ring fighting.
I gues DMX wanted some down time before going to rehab so he hit up the Las Vegas Hard Rock Cafe and Casino. Personally I would have gone to the JET Night Club.

DMX will be getting 18 month probation at his home in Florida for an incident that occurred while serving his prison sentence.
While serving time for animal cruelty charges, DMX decided to throw a food tray at a prison guard in retaliation for something. So now on top of the sentence that he just served he will also have to adhere to the terms of a new probation. Not good considering he’s eager to get on with his life and start making money again.

A new arrest warrant was issued for DMX after failing to show up to court. Judge Michael Kemp issued the warrant after DMX’s lawyer used the excuse that he was in rehab at an undisclosed location. DMX will have to pay a $120,000 cash fee for the courts inconvenience.
DMX should get a better lawyer or come up with better excuses cause the whole rehab thing ain’t gonna work anymore.
