Miss R&B diva Ciara hit the stage this morning on “Good Morning America”  as well as “Live with Regis and Kelly” to perform her new single “Never  Ever.” The track is off of Ciara’s newest album “Fantasy Ride” and was produced by Polow da Don, co-written by herself and Elvis “BlacElvis” Williams.
So far, the song hasn’t been doing great on the charts. It’s peak position on the Billboard Hot 100 is 72 but at least it made it to #14 on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart.
She was looking fierce on “Regis and Kelly” but the singing…not quite so fierce. …read more

Fat Joe apparently was so inspired by his marriage that it’s what inspired his song “One.” The song is produced by The Inkredibles and is the first single off of his album, “J.O.S.E. 2.” Surprise, surprise. Akon has to get all up in whatever song he can touch. He’s featured on this song, “One” as well.
It’s a pretty good song, though. It’s got nice lyrics and a decent beat, so kudos to Fat Joe.

Bow Wow’s song “You Can Get It All” is the first single off of his album “New Jack City II” which was released on March 31, 2009. This is his first album to  receive a Parental Advisory label! Welcome to the club, Bow Wow. Now, he’s one of the big dogs.
The song features a little intro from Jermaine Dupri and the video for it was directed by Hype Williams. It did pretty well and got a good amount of play. It even peaked at #1 on “106 & Park” Take a look!

UGK, or the Underground Kingz have released the video for their song “Da Game Been Good to Me”  which comes from their album “UGK 4 Life.” This album is following their 2007 album “Underground Kingz” which came out the year that Pimp C (he was one half of the group) passed away. The video is really basic and the sound of the song is pretty unique. Check it out!

Here is a video of rapper, Sean “Diddy” Combs working on his album in the recording studio. The album is supposed to drop in September of 2009. He hasn’t released a solo album since 2006, so this better be good. The whole album is also reportedly said to be in Auto-Tune. Something else we should look out for is a rumored collaboration with Danity Kane’s Dawn Richard. The track he’s listening to in the video sounds good. Check it out below!
