Kelis & Nas Money Feud

Not sure what this is all about but Nas apparently is refusing to give Kelis access to any of the money. Despite being nine months pregnant and claiming to have no money Kelis has decided to sue for what she believes she is owed.
In the claim that she has filed with her lawyers, she wants $20,000 for strollers, cribs, and other baby supplies, $3,500 for a nurse and a spousal salary that allows her to live the life she has become accustomed to. That’s not too much to ask is it?

Correctly me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Kelis a successful R&B artist? Why is she broke. Nas should definitely take care of her while she is pregnant but since she has filed for divorce you know she would clean his bank accounts out. He should put money in a separate account for her monthly until their divorce is finalized and the courts will take that into account when deciding alimony.
