"Just stand Up" Telethon Musical

The Just Stand Up 2 Cancer telethon was on tonight and many Hip-Hop and R&B mogules were there to lend their support for the cause. While taking in donations for the worthy cause – Beyonce, Fergie, Rihanna, Mary J. Blige and others sang a dedicated song for the event.
