Jay-Z Club Fails Health Code: New Years Eve Party Cancelled?

Jay-Z’s Las Vegas 40/40 Club failed it’s first health inspection. The grand opening and New Year’s Eve party might be cancelled if the problem isn’t fixed by Sunday.

Jay-Z’s New Years Eve plans may have fallen to the wayside when it was rumored that his new 40/40 Club didn’t pass health and safety inspections. It was said that he was going to ring in the New Year at this new branch.

Damn that sucks. Not too long ago I wrote about how Jay-Z was giving away tickets to this New Years Eve party by way of slot machines on the Vegas Strip. Those winners are going to be pissed. I wonder what the health problem was? and can they get it together in time to get the okay from the health inspector?
