Holly Rae is an upcoming artist who recorded this song with hip hopper Sean Kingston. The track is called “Off the Meter” and is off of an untitled debut album. I think the song is great for the summer and it could potentially be a hit in the clubs. It was produced by J.R. Rotem who also produced songs like Rihanna’s “SOS“, “The Boss” by Rick Ross and T-Pain and “Beautiful Girls” by Sean Kingston.
