After listening to C.R.I.$.I.$. music, people have described it as being fresh and something that the current market has been missing. "This is Hip-Hop music that appeals to people across the globe no matter how old or young." This is a common description of his music amongst fans and industry insiders. ‘Designer’ has also been described as "a strong album" by mastering specialist Dana J. White of Specialized Mastering in the U.S.A. "There’s a vibrant self assurance that let’s you know that C.R.I.$.I.$. is quite good without trying too hard" says British industry insider, Ronan MacDonlad who also reviews music for Computer Music Magazine. This is arguably the first Hip-Hop album in many years to clearly have influences from other great genres of music but still maintain a sonic soundscape that is current and yet futuristic. The album is described as a mixture of Dr. Dre at his prime, meets Timbaland mixed with the artists original delivery and outstanding voice. This has created what people say "What Hip-Hop has been missing." Once you get into the album, you’ll find that the artist is confident about his beliefs and does not fall victim to the bubble gum music that is here one day and gone the next. In January 2005, C.R.I.$.I.$. became the first artist to release a Hip-Hop album in the African country, Zambia. In 2006, he released the first mixtape on that market too. This new album, "Designer" marks his first international release. With people such as U.S. disc jockey, D.j. Green Lantern having shown interest in the artist and worked with him on a mixtape, C.R.I.$.I.$. has been getting a decent amount of exposure. C.R.I.$.I.$. has opened doors for many up and coming artists in his home country and away. Today, doors are being opened for him as he is crowned as the man setting the pace for the coming years in this genre of music. With 16 years of experience under his belt, the strong hooks, lyrical prowes and high calibre production all make for a must buy album. One that should be added to every music collectors catalogue.

C.R.I.$.I.$. has come a long way and this is the best Hip-Hop album I have heard in a long, long time. Its different from alot of the stuff out there. It came just in time for my iPhone. My sister has I’VE BEEN WAITING as a ringtone. I have BEDROCK
