Chamillionaire Brings Hip-Hop to India
Hip-hop artist Chamillionaire performed in India and remarked that “the crowds are a lot better than expected. There was a lot of energy and enthusiasm among them.”
India is known to be a very conservative country, especially after the incident of near imprisonment of Richard Gere over a ‘public show of affection’ with Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Decency didn’t seem to be an issue when Chamillionaire took to the stage. Let’s face it conservative or liberal hip-hop is made for everyone.
