Jay-Z was strutting the Red Carpet before the 2008 Grammy Awards last night February 10, 2008. Maybe he knew he was going to win yet another Grammy for Umbrella. Not my favourite song but whatever floats their boat.

In a new ad for Got Milk? Rihanna lends her peers tips on staying healthy and lookin’ fine.
“Drink it in. Pop star? Not exactly. Milk is more my move. Some studies suggest that teens who choose milk instead of sugary drinks tend to be leaner and the protein helps build muscle. So, shut up and drink.”
