I was listening to more Juan Epstein podcasts yesterday, a second one with Pete Rock. I really like nerding out to these because it makes me go back and listen to tunes I haven’t pulled out in a while. It’s not huge news that a hip-hop celebrity bought a new sports car. It happens every day. These guys are helping the auto industry in these tough economic times I guess. Or maybe they are buying them because they are going for dirt cheap. Either way the car was nice and it attracted the paparazzi when he pulled up in front of the Waverly Inn in Los Angeles on the hot night of August 19th.
There must have been some sort of celebrity thing going on because Diddy was later seen chatting it up with fellow celebrity Lindsay Lohan.

This just in. There’s a new reality TV series coming out called “STARMAKER” and it’ll be featuring the always reality rapper star himself, P. Diddy. The show is being produced in partnership between MTV, Mark Burnett and P. Diddy himself.

As you can imagine the show is about 14 aspiring artists fighting for their chance to win the ultimate prize. Which is a recording contract from Bad Boy Records and a career launch supervised by Sean “Diddy” Combs himself.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has entertained some of the industries best talent at his yearly White Party. This year it was held on July 4 as an integrated Independence Day celebration.

Diddy has been known to turn away some big celebrities at the door if they show up in anything but white. This year however, he managed to turn away someone away in favour of Brown.
Chris Brown was invited to the White Party but because of his restraining order with Rihanna, she couldn’t be invited. Brown showed up with new girlfriend Teyana Taylor while Rihanna partied it up with separate friends.

Sean Diddy Combs has been announced as one of the cast members in a new movie that is described as a spin-off of Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

I’m not sure why they would want to continue making movies based on the Sarah marshal story line. Maybe that’s why they managed to put together a “star” cast of non-actors. For example, other cast members will include Russell Brand (who was in Forgetting Sarah Marshall), Elisabeth Moss, Rose Byrne, and Jonah Hill (Superbad).
Keep your eyes peeled for the trailer, it might be worth seeing for a short laugh.

Here is a video of rapper, Sean “Diddy” Combs working on his album in the recording studio. The album is supposed to drop in September of 2009. He hasn’t released a solo album since 2006, so this better be good. The whole album is also reportedly said to be in Auto-Tune. Something else we should look out for is a rumored collaboration with Danity Kane’s Dawn Richard. The track he’s listening to in the video sounds good. Check it out below!

Sean “Diddy” Combs arrived on the Red carpet at 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards yesterday night and showed off his “James Bond” charm. The award show was held at the Beverly Hills Hilton in California. He posed with hottie Kate Beckinsale at the press room.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs made a guest appearance on the Rachel Ray Show today January 5th, 2008 and let slip his ideas of a 008. Apparently Diddy is obsessed with the British James Bond films and wants to be the first black 008 spy. Not exactly sure how it work since 00’s are MI6 agents and he wants to be the American from New York. I guess the CIA wasn’t cool enough for him.
Could this be the beginning of another Blaxploitation era?

Sean “Diddy” Combs is offering $1 Million dollars to have the New York City New Years Ball painted Blue! The blue ball is supposed to be a publicity stunt to help promote his Ciroc Vodka.

Diddy needs to stop. Why the hell should the NYC change its traditions to cater to merchandizing. The fact that he couldn’t get a hold of the mayor to pitch his idea shows the ridiculousness of it all.
