I know, I know! we had to wait like 5 years for Eminem to release Relapse and now Relapse 2 is already on it’s way out. Due in stores next year Relapse 2 promises to be a new Eminem. Russ Castella from Bliss Entertainment made a great remix of Drake’s new music video for Forever. As you all know the song features Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Eminem. But in record producer Russ Castella’s remix version he cuts out Kanye West’s verse calling it “the worst verse of all time.” Damn, no one is going to let that incident slide.

There have been a slew of artists recruited to perform in a celebration of Def Jam at the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors. The show is scheduled for October 13th and a portion of the show will be dedicated towards honoring Def Jam Record who are celebrating their 25th year in business.

Nick Cannon just doesn’t seem to know when he’s been defeated. After being blasted by Eminem in his song “The Warning” Cannon decided to tell the world on his Twitter account that only god will judge him. He then goes on stage of the show he hosts “America’s Got Talent” (should be called America’s biggest fools), and tells everyone that Mariah Carey’s single “Obsessed” is about him and his obsession for his wife (lame). The song as everyone knows is about Eminem and her obsession for him.

Man Eminem is getting soft. These day’s he’s giving people a warning to leave him alone. Granted the song was more of a jab at Mariah Carey and the lyrics are very rude. I can’t wait to hear what Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are going to do next. Nick promised to ruin Eminem’s career if he didn’t leave his wife alone. Not exactly sure how he intends on doing that.

Beautiful is the second music video release on Eminem’s Relapse album. It was officially released July 2, 2009.

The video deals with a bunch of topics, depression, addiction, poverty, etc… and is set in Detroit. Above all the music video deals with the poverty of Detroit and rapid decline during the econmic crisis. The song was written by Eminem when he was in rehab and finished after he was out. The song therefore has a seemingly two toned sound that might confuse people.
