Akon Moves Trial to March
Akon’s lawyers successfully moved his court date to march over a injury dispute. Akon was performing a concert in New York when he alleges that someone threw something at him. He asked the kid to get on stage and then threww him back into the audience. The kid landed on a girl who says that she needed to be treated for a concussion.
The entire incident was caught on tape, so there is little Akon can do to dispute the allegations. Whether or not this requires criminal charges is unknown. We do know that Akon pleaded not guilty, so let the trial begin… sorry not until March.
