Lil Wayne was seen for a brief moment in a new Nike Air Lebron Commercial. The commercial shows people doing their version of the Lebron chalk throw. Lebron’s new sneaker, the Nike Zoom Lebron VI are out in stores now.

Remember Coolio’s single "Gangsta’s Paradise" from the Dangerous Minds soundtrack?  EVERYONE knew this song and Coolio became a household name. 

Looking back at this video, though, cracked me up because it’s so cheesy and over-the-top.  Having Michelle Pfeiffer sit in front of Coolio while he overacts almost seems mean.  I would be on the floor laughing if I was her.  Oh well.  It worked at the time…

Rapper T.I. was on the Tyra show yesterday and it seemed like he wasn’t able to say no when it came to asking personal questions.  She asked so many embarrassing things but he just kept answering them and it really earned my respect.

He talked about jail, virginity, when he started rapping and the tragedy of watching is best friend die in his arms.   It was a good episode.  Watch it here:

50 Cent has announced that his album and film both titled “Before I Self Destruct” will be in stores December 9th. He’s ambitious that his single “Get Up” will make it to the no. 1 Billboards charts when released.

This is one of my favorite Tupac songs even though it kind of gives me the creeps to think of how prophetic the video is (that is, of course, if you believe Tupac is dead). 

What I love best is how smooth the song is and how well it works with Pac’s rhymes and Danny Boy’s vocals.  This is an example of why there has not been anyone else like him in this industry – he redefined Hip Hop for me.  What about you?
